China Aoyuan - Lender Proxy Form (Holding Period) - Existing Syndicated and Noble Prestige Facilities

This is the Scheme Lender Proxy Portal (Holding Period) to be used by certain Scheme Creditors for the purpose of submitting Scheme Lender Proxy Forms (Holding Period). All capitalized terms used herein shall have the meaning assigned to them in the Explanatory Statement. In order to Participate and receive their respective share of the Trust Assets in accordance with the terms of the Holding Period Trust Deed, Unadmitted Scheme Creditors must submit a Lender Proxy Form (Holding Period) via the Scheme Lender Proxy Portal (Holding Period) by the Bar Date (that is, by no later than 5:00pm (Hong Kong time) on 25 February 2025).
