China Aoyuan - Lender Proxy Form - Other Non-ICA Debt

This is the Scheme Proxy Portal to be used by certain Scheme Creditors for the purpose of submitting Scheme Proxy Forms. All capitalized terms used herein shall have the meaning assigned to them in the Explanatory Statement. In order to vote on the Scheme and attend the Scheme Meeting, a Scheme Creditor will be required to submit an Proxy Form via the Scheme Proxy Portal by the Voting Deadline (that is, by no later than 5:00pm (Hong Kong time) on 20 November 2023).
