IMPORTANT: the Portal is intended for access only by:

Account Holders (on behalf of Noteholders) to submit an Account Holder Letter (Holding Period) and 

Scheme Creditors who are NOT Noteholders to submit a Lender Proxy Form (Holding Period).

If you are a Noteholder (who is not an Account Holder) please do not register on the Portal.

Instead, coordinate as soon as possible with your custodian to procure the submission of an Account Holder Letter (Holding Period) on your behalf.
